I called the service department to set up an appointment for a recall. The day and time that I requested was available, and my appointment was made. I got a reminder prior to the day, so that was nice. Show for a recall. The day and time that I requested was available, and my appointment was made. I got a reminder prior to the day, so that was nice. Showed up about 10 min early, and was met by Kevin Northrop, who was expecting me, and welcomed me by name. Again, that was a very nice touch. I fully expected to hop an Uber and go home, but the adviser told me that this will probably take less than an hour. At this point I elected to stay and wait. I hung out in the waiting room that was well stocked with water and coffee. They had pretty speedy Wi-Fi and different phone chargers. About 30 min after my car went in, Kevin came out to let me know that the vehicle is hooked up, getting the update, and will be ready soon. About 53 min after the car went in, Kevin brought me out to the freshly washed car with a completed recall! Stellar experience, yet again! More
