I bought my 2019 Kia Soul in January from Nicholas English (whom is no longer working there) and no mention of vehicle theft was brought to my atten I bought my 2019 Kia Soul in January from Nicholas English (whom is no longer working there) and no mention of vehicle theft was brought to my attention. I had car insurance at the time. Now that my insurance is expiring soon they are refusing to renew my insurance due to increase of theft for Kia vehicles. I’ve been panicking and trying to find new insurance but everywhere I’ve found either wants $500+ a month due to my car being high risk or they straight up refuse to insure my car. I brought this to Kia’s attention and they told me in lesser words to go eff myself. Laughed in my face. Service won’t give me a software upgrade because my car doesn’t have any recalls. And the sales department won’t even TRY to get me into something else that has anti theft features. More

Super clean and nice location! Brendan was our sells person. We had communication with him for 2 weeks over the sell of the 2023 Kia Sportage prestige we wanted! Customer Service after my purchase has not been great overall. Countless calls to the financial department to resolve an issue and now I cannot get a service advisor to return my call. My new vehicle has overall. Countless calls to the financial department to resolve an issue and now I cannot get a service advisor to return my call. My new vehicle has a issue that needs to be fixed and I cannot get Kyle to return my call and was told this morning that Paul would call me back today to discuss getting my vehicle in for service. So basically in the past week, not one service advisor can check their voice-mail or return my call. Communication and assistance after the sale has been poor and I don't understand what's so hard about picking up the phone and returning my phone call. Being told that someone from the service department will call you back and it never happens is frustrating. Y'all can treat paying customers better after the sale. I've been trying to get a service advisor on the phone for a week and still haven't been able to speak with anyone. Y'all gotta do better. More
