They don’t hold you hostage!!! We were able to complete our trade-in and purchase of our new car in less than two hours...and that time included our test drive as well as our decision on which vehicle we wanted to buy! No hard-pressure sales tactics either-we got the package we wanted and a price we are comfortable with! we look forward to dealing with Morris Kia in the future...very pleasant and refreshingly receptive to our opinions and needs. Within seconds, Brad, my online sales expert, was inquiring as to how he could best meet my needs. I was able to be attentive to my littles, without having to filter out the screaming, laughing, and playing that comes with....well...said littles. 😉 I told him what I was looking for, a van of course, and he sent me one to view by email. While I got to know the Kia Sedona online, Brad went through the process of getting me prequalified all online. By the time I got to the dealership, Brad had the van pulled and ready to test drive. It was only a short while later that I was driving back off of the lot with MY van! I cannot imagine a smoother process from start to finish, and I look forward to being a part of the Kia Moritz Alliance family for years to come. Bradly Bunch, you're the real MVP.
