Best Car Buying Experience Ever Found the exact car I was looking for on their website, but since I was from Oklahoma I asked if they could send me some pictures of the car before I Found the exact car I was looking for on their website, but since I was from Oklahoma I asked if they could send me some pictures of the car before I made the trip down. Brad went a step further and sent me a personalized video of the car. It already had the tinting and pin striping that I wanted, and was cleaned up, gassed up, and waiting for me when I arrived. It was very easy to work out the financial details by email, and I felt like the price was fair. The dealership is so nice, but even more important..... everyone was very friendly and professional. Customer Friendly. Tim and Mike are awesome! I was pleasantly surprised by this car dealership. Most other dealerships that I had been to, I felt forced into looking at cars into helping the emp I was pleasantly surprised by this car dealership. Most other dealerships that I had been to, I felt forced into looking at cars into helping the employer make a sale. I felt as though making the sale came before my personal comfort at the dealership. However, at Moritz Kia, I could tell that the employees number one concerns were their client’s comfort and not having them feeling forced into buying a car. Tim Hetherington, the employee that sold me my Chevy Equinox, was amazing to work with. He gave me all the information in regards to the vehicle and didn’t try to hide any of the not so good parts. In addition to that, he was extremely proactive in the process that needed to be taken in order to get the car at the best rate possible, and retrieve the vehicle quickly. I highly recommend. More
