Steve made all kinds of excuses and much like other reviews, I read, he made no attempt to contact us. It was always initiated, by me, and I was rarely able to get in touch. Not Happy at all. I will not be buying from MORITZ again. I have purchased 3 BMW's from them before and never had any problem. About 2 weeks ago purchased a Toyota Camry from the Alliance car lot and we h I have purchased 3 BMW's from them before and never had any problem. About 2 weeks ago purchased a Toyota Camry from the Alliance car lot and we had a rear tire kept loosing air. So i thought maybe a nail so my wife takes it to Discount tire and they check all 4 tires like always and said that 2 were 3/32 and needed to be replaced. Wife said can you just fix tire that is leaking and my husband will come to get tires. So the man at Discount tire took off the tire and after dismounting it said that the tire was leaking where it had already been patched and that he couldn't fix it and it was not safe to do so and this was one of the tires that had deeper tread. So my wife went to Moritz and they said they could fix the tire even as discount tire had said it should not be repaired a second time. The service man at Moritz said that the tires were all good and would last another 25000 miles. When they gave the car back to my wife she asked the service man so this patch along with the tires are going to last 25000 miles and he said no probably not. So I'm off to buy tires because I don't think it's is safe for my wife to drive on unsafe tires that MORITZ has patched. More
Moritz Kia Alliance had our car for a week. During this time, all contact with Steve had to be initiated by us, not Steve. Wife told Steve engine seized. Steve said it was starter. Steve told my wife 2 time, all contact with Steve had to be initiated by us, not Steve. Wife told Steve engine seized. Steve said it was starter. Steve told my wife 2 days ago car repairs would likely be completed that day. Car wasn't -- no call. Next day, no text or call from Steve, and no returned call after a message. After 2 unreturned messages, I called and finally reached Steve, for my first time. "We're busy, we're short, etc., etc." Turns out engine DOES need replacing. Our 3rd new engine in 5 Kias owned. Will be ANOTHER week before car repaired. Had to ask Steve for a loaner car, since one had yet to be offered. This is NOT typical of our history with Kia Service. We've kept buying Kias because of excellent service and value. We'll see how this goes... More
