Originally misquoted then had to negotiate a discount Took 2013 Kia Soul in on a Friday and told that my only cost would be $100 because under warranty so I left it for repairs. I got a call back on Monda Took 2013 Kia Soul in on a Friday and told that my only cost would be $100 because under warranty so I left it for repairs. I got a call back on Monday and quoted over $600. They told me then that it was no longer under warranty because it was a previous owner extended warranty. I would have gotten a second opinion at that price. I tried to negotiate with the service employee and he said there was nothing they could do. I asked to talk to a manager and he said fine but the mgr won’t be able to do anything. I talked to the mgr and negotiated with the mgr and he took around $150 off the bill. Original service employer had no interest in being helpful. My daughter now has the car and says the noise issue I brought it in for is not completely resolved. Employees at the checkout counter too busy talking to check me out. Not friendly. More

Each repair got loaner car Free , as i had full coverage insurance . Yep got bit new car fever . However plan keep my cay , as still like , solid outside one color , solid one color beige inside , the newer car black dash and steering wheel bit much for me , as gobal warming and Texas heat waves just too much . newer car 2.4 ltr , 6 speed auto , better mpg than older car , new had all front led lamps , be nice if rear had all led , digital dash read outs , can get full size spare tire , controls on steering , all right , way ta go KIA , , All repairs been ok , holding up , 12 months / 12000 miles coverage , and still covered under extended warranty . Platinum Plus warranty . Have used this dealership over 10 years now , will return if need repairs. YES , without extra warranty could not afford all the repairs ,the staff and all have always listened, answered all my questions , professional at all times .
