Staff is friendly I was very pleased with the staff and the facilities when I purchased my vehicle a year ago. So when I received a coupon I made an appointment for a routine oil change. The staff was very friendly and professional and the facility was clean. However, it took an hour and a half for them to finish, even though I made an appointment for the service a month ago. When I walked out to my car (unescorted) it was still wet from the wash. The tailgate was still filthy and the tires looked as if they hadn’t been washed/rinsed at all. I’m not sure if the interior was supposed to be vacuumed as part of the car wash, but it hadn’t been touched. I had already waited an hour and a half to get my vehicle back, so I didn’t have time to go back inside the dealership and complain that the car wash was inadequate. I was disappointed by this and will consider going to a dealership closer to my home for service in the future. More
