Jenna is a gem!! I scheduled my oil change online in just a few minutes. It was very easy. When I showed up for my appointment Jenna met me at my car and had all my I scheduled my oil change online in just a few minutes. It was very easy. When I showed up for my appointment Jenna met me at my car and had all my information pulled up and ready to go before I bearly got out of my car. She was so friendly and professional. She escorted me to the customer waiting room and offered me refreshments while I wait. She had given me an ETA when she checked me in but still came to give me updates. To top it off she had my car back to me sooner than promised. The mechanics did a great job also and did it quickly. No signs of leaks, spills, over flows or shoddy workmanship. My fluids were checked and topped off. My oil level was right on the money and they even washed it for me. I love the feeling of being able to drive away knowing the job was done right. More
