I needed an alternator and although it cost $697, I only waited for a couple of hours. I found that to be reasonable considering I didn’t have an appointment. Cat answered my inquiry and after a few emails we set up an appointment for me to go visit the dealership. Cat was not only friendly but very "human". Most sales people I've dealt with are so eager to make a sale that they really pour on the sales tactics. Before even meeting Cat I was prepared to walk out if that was the approach I received. Cat didn't do that. She kept it simple and wasn't overbearing or pushy. Very down to earth and relatable. The next thing I knew I was approved and was driving away in a brand new vehicle. Prompt service My tire sensor kept reading really low but to look at the tire , it looked fine. I don't live near them so it was hard for me to get it looked at. I happened to be in the area late one morning so I popped in with no appointment to seer if they could look at it. They took me right in with no problem and sure enough there was a nail in my tire!
