He met us at our car and walked us through all of our questions, desires, and the process. Maurice was incredibly patient, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Maurice worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and what would work for our family. We then worked with Scot Mowles on the financial side of things! Scot did a great job at offering us extra package deals such as warranties and services. This helped us know we were making a safe and smart choice long term. Overall we were incredibly satisfied with our experience with the people we worked with and the dealership we chose! We walked out feeling like they truly cared about pleasing their customer and creating a life long relationship. Smooth and quick experience I went into the dealership already knowing what I wanted and was able to get assistance immediately. Laura pulled the car I was looking at around, test drove it and started the process on purchase. I did come across some minor items that were either missing or small damage I brought to her attention and she was able to get with the pre-owned manager and have those items taken care of for me. Finance was great, got within my price range and was very helpful with getting added services put on the purchase at the same price we agreed on. Thank you! More
