I have had my car serviced by 6 different Kia dealerships in 3 states. Every time, except when you did the service, my car was completely washed, vacuumed and the dash wiped off. Your dealership only washed off the outside. Your staff was very friendly, but the customer service is lacking.

I would again like to apologize for not vacuuming out and wiping your dash if this was the only issue with your service visit. We do only perform a courtesy exterior wash with any service visits and vacuums only when specified by our guests. I will look into expanding and broadening this as a possible option for service visits in the future. I can promise you we will do everything in the future to provide excellent customer service if you wish to return and allow us the opportunity to service your vehicle. I would also like to correct the wash and show you our usual customer service experience if you would allow us to have your contact information to set this up.

Battery was replaced by Honda dealer for no charge so obviously no reimbursement required for battery. But because of your poor service I had so much inconvenience that my car stopped working on day1... 45 miles away from your dealerahip. I called towing company and took to nearest Honda dealer. Had you sent somebody to help me instead of just saying either bring here or take to nearest place and get cost reimbursed I would have appreciated. Moreover I don't even now trust if you had thoroughly inspected all basic things before delivery. Car is not a thing which a customer buy everyday and give you another chance to get better service and customer satisfaction. 1 poor experience is enough.
