My service rep Michael is great! Back in the old days people used to have a trusted family mechanic that they'd go to. Times have changed and that sort of fell by the wayside for a long time but I feel like this Kia location and specifically Micheal and the service department have brought back that feeling of having a trusted family mechanic to take care of my car. I always feel special and taken care of when I am there. I also really like that over the years I've always had Michael take care of me. It's builds a great trust and relationship and value to have the same faces there at each visit. When ppl ask me about my Kia the first thing I always mention is the service that comes with it. More
