Disappointing Experience at Moritz Kia - Overpriced and Unfair Practices I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at Moritz Kia, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with potential c Unfair Practices I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at Moritz Kia, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with potential customers. My family and I have been loyal customers, having purchased four cars from Moritz Kia over the years. However, our recent encounter left us feeling deceived and undervalued. The primary issue lies in Moritz Kia's pricing strategy. Unlike other dealerships that offer reasonable discounts or negotiations, Moritz Kia insists on selling cars at the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), with absolutely no room for discounts. This inflexibility is particularly frustrating, as it contradicts the industry norm and places an unnecessary financial burden on customers. What further added insult to injury was Moritz Kia's introduction of so-called "VIP" additions, which are presented as non-negotiable. These additions come with a hefty markup, contributing to an already inflated overall cost. It's disheartening to see a dealership taking advantage of loyal customers by pushing unnecessary and overpriced add-ons. In stark contrast to Moritz Kia's practices, my recent experience at Clay Cooley was refreshingly positive. Not only did we secure a deal $2000 below MSRP, but there were no forced "VIP" additions with exorbitant markups. The transparency and fairness at Clay Cooley stood in stark contrast to Moritz Kia's questionable practices. Given the lack of flexibility, the inflated prices, and the disappointing treatment of loyal customers, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Moritz Kia to anyone. It's disheartening to have spent years supporting a dealership only to be met with such disregard. Moritz Kia, you have lost at least four customers from my family alone. I sincerely hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers who value transparency, fairness, and reasonable pricing. Our business will be taken elsewhere, and I bid Moritz Kia farewell. More
Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Drew and Marla for making the entire experience that much better. The team here definitely goes above and beyond.
