Clint in the service department really helped us out as usual. He helped get our 2013 Kia battery replacement, brake replacement, door electronics fixed, and oil change turned around faster than expected. usual. He ordered and stayed in contact when our 2021 Kia had a recall and had that in and out within the day. Lastly, our plates came in on our 2022 Kia and added these to car even drilling holes that were not present for the front plate (This is all within the last couple of days). I will be bringing in our 2017 Kia soon and I will be asking for Clint. I realize the service department has staff behind the scenes that take care of the cars but Clint is very knowledgeable and honest of length of service and cost so they're not unexpected surprises.
