No Help in Troubled Times! I used to think the world of Kia & their brand. Not so much anymore. Ford, Nissan & other brands are trying to pump sales with deferred payments, for I used to think the world of Kia & their brand. Not so much anymore. Ford, Nissan & other brands are trying to pump sales with deferred payments, for new & current customers, etc. Not Kia. I've spent lots of $$$ with Kia over years & 3 cars. Multi-calls, asking how Kia might help me during these times. My sales man Doug Ashbrook tried to help. And, finally 40 more minutes on hold, on my last call to Kia, only to be told they are doing nothing to defer car payments for current customers. Love the cars I've had & have. But, won't do this again! More
