Unfortunately, I’ve experienced the same issue for over a year and have been to this location in order to use my warranty about 5 times now. They continue to give customers the runaround to avoid actually re year and have been to this location in order to use my warranty about 5 times now. They continue to give customers the runaround to avoid actually repairing any issues covered by warranty. After the third visit, Frank suggested to reach out to consumer affairs. This would have been nice to know sooner for obvisous reasons. Not only does this location and KIA in general not take care of their customers, they seem to show no concern for the inconvenience of the customer. Please be advised, you definitely need to shop elsewhere. Never buy a Kia, especially an Optima. More

The best salesman This is the second car I have bought from Roscoe. He has worked really hard on my behalf. My credit is shaky and I am hard to please. About a year ago This is the second car I have bought from Roscoe. He has worked really hard on my behalf. My credit is shaky and I am hard to please. About a year ago Roscoe found me a Kia Sorrento. I had previously owned one for seven years. I drove it and found I needed a smaller vehicle. I drove up one day and called him. He was out on the lot looking at cars so he came to meet me. We sat inside and talked about what I wanted. There was a car on the showroom floor that I really liked. He said I could get it with no money down. I really liked that red Kia Rio Sport. The whole team at Moritz worked very hard to get me approved. I have also bought Jeeps with Moritz. They are a great dealership. Roscoe is the best and if I ever buy any more cars you can bet Roscoe will be my salesman. More
