I brought my daughter’s car in for a complete service, and Jenna took very good care of us. In addition to an oil change, the car needed front and rear brakes and the compressor fixed. DISHONESTY I went there for a Kia Forte that I saw online and they said the car is in their Hurst location. I was okay with that and wanted to see if they have I went there for a Kia Forte that I saw online and they said the car is in their Hurst location. I was okay with that and wanted to see if they have similar options. Rick Spell kept showing me more expensive cars which were over my budget and they said I can buy a new car since I am an engineer like I do not know how to calculate my budget. I wanted to see the last price for a car and they did HARD INQUIRY even though they repeated three times that it will be soft inquiry. DO NOT GO to this dealership, they are not honest. Now it affected my credit score. Also they showed me a lower score, I confirmed with the Equifax that my score was actually 20 points more higher. They do it to increase your APR. Also they played with numbers and focused on my monthly payment, total price never changed and they did not make the discount that they said before the drive test. Closer, Mike Alexander applied some very amateur psychological methods like full eye contact and very assertive body postures plus nonsense calculations ignoring that we went there as a couple, an engineer and a therapist. I filed a DISPUTE to Equifax and Moritz showed my written consent (Which I thought it is for soft inquiry) to Equifax and rejected my dispute.. When I called them, Rick was not honest on the phone and transferred me to finance, finance transferred me to their manager and he did not answer. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for honesty and reasonable price! More
