Russ was considerate and went out of his way for us. We came in originally about a month before purchase to see if a Kia Soul was really what I wanted. We narrowed it down to the Kia! We then took our time and test drove some others, a Scion XB for instance, which was great, but my heart was with the Kia Soul. So, we contacted Russ on a Friday evening on his day off and he came in and worked and worked and worked until we got the deal we wanted at about 9pm at night! We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to it being a reliable vehicle for the future - my last car, a RAV4 lasted me from 2001 - 2013 with 197,000 miles on it and very few problems and I high resale. I can only hope for the same from this cute, little, fun car.
