I woke up to no lights and no heater in my car on Tues. I called that evening to try to get in as early as possible, spoke with Nick (Service Dept.). He said "No worries" he'd have an Uber driver pick me up to take me to work and pick me up again when the job was finished. He was wonderful and very understanding of how worried I was about all my lights and my heater not working. Your a Super Hero Nick! & to top it off, the Uber drivers, Jeramiah & Flamo were perfect gentlemen and very respectful. More
Avoid Andrew Gomez if at all possible. This guy is your typical "car salesman". I WAS interested in a vehicle at that location, he emailed me and stated that he would send me a video of the vehicle (to ver typical "car salesman". After 3-4 requests regarding HIS offer to send me the video, he just casually replies " I can send pictures" I still have the email correspondence BTW. Big Red Flag! Now this is after he emails me the next day and simply says still available (sooo professional). The day prior he tells me via email that MY "exclusive e price" was $23,900. I responded that that was the price listed on the website, how is that exclusive (2nd red flag). Then he responds saying that price was pretty (strait) forward (can't even spell-3rd red flag). These shady salesmen (for lack of a better word) will SAY and DO anything to get you to walk through that door. Gas is too expensive (1.5 hr drive from my location) for the BS, Consider this imaginary $23,900 sale LOST Andrew. I've been buying cars for too long to fall for the okie-doke. Run your con game on somebody else. Good luck with a 19-22 year old buddy. Hopefully management will see this review and re-train this poor excuse for a salesman. And to think I was really interested in this vehicle (good price & clean carfax). This was my experience via email, I'd hate to see the crap he would try to pull in person. I signed the paperwork to purchase a new Telluride with 8 miles on Sept 3rd. On Sept 5th I received a call that my new vehicle with 8 miles needs a new transmission. I contacted Ceferino around 2 weeks ago regarding a specific Kia Soul I was interested in. We exchanged contact information and through text we were able to communicate the exact price I was looking at specific Kia Soul I was interested in. Everything went smoothly until the day the car arrived. First of all, Ceferino arrived 30 min.late to our scheduled meeting time because he mistook our meeting time with another. This dealership is 40 min. Away from my house, so it was a little dissappointing having to wait on my salesperson. Second of all, he/this dealership as he proclaims added an extra window tint and other random accessories that costed almost $1000 more expensive then what he told me. He says he tells this to all his customers but I was never notified until I arrived. I knew something was fishy when the sales price sheet he gave me was more expensive than what he originally sent. Lastly, the $1000 was supposed to include some random pinstripe that wasn’t even on the car when I arrived. Doesn’t make any sense to me and makes me wonder if he added these additional fees last second. I was looking forward to this car for the past two weeks and quite dissapointed for this incident to occur at a “platinum” certified Kia Mortiz dealership More

There was no pressure and he made me feel like I was going to be a new member of the Moritz KIA family for years to come. He was awesome and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. He even came in earlier before his shift to finalize the paperwork. The car was ready as promised and it looked like it came right off the showroom floor. He paired my phone to infotainment system and even cued up some Sinatra for my ride home. It was PERFECT! More
