The service department of Moritz Kia is without a doubt the absolute WORST automobile service department I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting now for over 30 days for the part to fix my broken passe the absolute WORST automobile service department I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting now for over 30 days for the part to fix my broken passenger window that is rolled down and cant go back up. As you can imagine, I cannot drive my car with a missing window and park it anywhere! This is so ridiculous to say the least. The service manager has NOT made ANY attempt to contact me with any update whatsoever! Absolutely horrible Customer service! If you have another Kia dealership to go to for service, I suggest you do that and save yourself time and trouble. More
I don’t know if Maritzke hurst has gotten new employees, but the last two times that I have gone to get service on my car it has been such a disappointment. Both times I have been helped by Thomas and he is but the last two times that I have gone to get service on my car it has been such a disappointment. Both times I have been helped by Thomas and he is very rude before you can even tell him what’s wrong with your car. Any other time I have been helped by other employees they are always so kind they take my information from the beginning get my contact information and tell me what they will be doing with my car. This time and the last time that I have been held by Thomas the first thing that he tells me is that he can’t help me before he even knows what’s going on! Not to mention that whenever I have brought my car in for service I have always got in a car wash at the very end. This time he basically shoot me away and whenever I came to pick up my car he didn’t tell me at all what he did with my car he didn’t give me any details and he did not wash my car. This guy seems like he really has a stick up his xxx and should be fired to be honest! I do not ever want to be helped by him again! He really puts a negative association with this service company. Please tell him to stop being such a xxxxxx bag. More
Took my car in for recalls, ended up needing a battery which was cheaper than if I had bought it and installed it myself. I also had my car detailed. the service person Thomas was great he keep me informe which was cheaper than if I had bought it and installed it myself. When it went over to the department for cleaning the people over there were amazing. My car is 15 years old and was dirty it needed new floor mats and just needed a good cleaning I was not expecting a lot from the mats because I had tried several times to get them clean and could not. I just wanted it cleaned and then I would replace the mats at a later date. When I picked up my car it was amazing there was not one stain on any of the mats and all the grime from 15 years of just wiping it and trying to clean it the best I could, it was gone. My car looked like a brand new car. I do not need to replace the mats and the inside shines. I don't know who the people were that worked on the car on January 24, 2022, but let me tell you they need a gold medal for cleaning my car. If anyone wants their car detailed I highly recommend this department. Thank you so much for the work done on my car I am very pleased. More
I physically visited almost all of the local Kia dealerships in the DFW area and even more online. In the end we decided to go with the Hurst dealership due to Ceferino. My positive experience was a dealerships in the DFW area and even more online. In the end we decided to go with the Hurst dealership due to Ceferino. My positive experience was all due to my salesperson, Ceferino. He made the experience painless, he was quick to respond to my questions and made the wait for my Telluride bearable. I would recommend Moritz Kia Hurst to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle. More
I AM DONE WITH MORITZ KIA IN HURST. In October I went into the service center because my air conditioner stopped working. The service manager checked it and found the problem, but he had to order the pa into the service center because my air conditioner stopped working. The service manager checked it and found the problem, but he had to order the part. In December I took my car in to have an oil change. The service manager was off that day, so I talked to another young gentleman about the situation. He checked for me and said the computer showed the part was in, but he was going to check to be sure and would call me to schedule an appt. Never heard from him. In mid December I stopped by and did talk to the service manager. He asked me to wait and he would check on the part. I finally had to leave because I had an appt, but I left him a note to call me so I could schedule a time to take my car in to be repaired but I never heard from him. If this is the kind of service they offer, I will go to a different dealership. More
I woke up to no lights and no heater in my car on Tues. I called that evening to try to get in as early as possible, spoke with Nick (Service Dept.). Nick told me to bring my car early Weds. morning, I was w called that evening to try to get in as early as possible, spoke with Nick (Service Dept.). Nick told me to bring my car early Weds. morning, I was worried because I needed to come to work. He said "No worries" he'd have an Uber driver pick me up to take me to work and pick me up again when the job was finished. He was wonderful and very understanding of how worried I was about all my lights and my heater not working. Your a Super Hero Nick! & to top it off, the Uber drivers, Jeramiah & Flamo were perfect gentlemen and very respectful. More
Avoid Andrew Gomez if at all possible. This guy is your typical "car salesman". I WAS interested in a vehicle at that location, he emailed me and stated that he would send me a video of the vehicle (to ver typical "car salesman". After 3-4 requests regarding HIS offer to send me the video, he just casually replies " I can send pictures" I still have the email correspondence BTW. Big Red Flag! Now this is after he emails me the next day and simply says still available (sooo professional). The day prior he tells me via email that MY "exclusive e price" was $23,900. I responded that that was the price listed on the website, how is that exclusive (2nd red flag). Then he responds saying that price was pretty (strait) forward (can't even spell-3rd red flag). These shady salesmen (for lack of a better word) will SAY and DO anything to get you to walk through that door. Gas is too expensive (1.5 hr drive from my location) for the BS, Consider this imaginary $23,900 sale LOST Andrew. I've been buying cars for too long to fall for the okie-doke. Run your con game on somebody else. Good luck with a 19-22 year old buddy. Hopefully management will see this review and re-train this poor excuse for a salesman. And to think I was really interested in this vehicle (good price & clean carfax). This was my experience via email, I'd hate to see the crap he would try to pull in person. "Let me talk to my manager". HA! More
