Based on this past experience we bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe.,twice now we have brought the car in for scheduled service and complained about knocking sound from the rear end when the car is warmed up and turning corners SOMETIMES. I’m sure they know what’s wrong,but won’t address the issue, because Hyundai Motor company will not compensate them unless the car breaks down or their mechanic hears what’s happening. My Sonata has 110,000 miles on it, why would I replace it with another sonata based on my current experience? More

For an out of state transaction it was good. Good price but should’ve been there in person to see it. Car has been repainted on hood and bumper. Car fax won’t register it since it wasn’t an accident. Either Mories or auction did an average paint job to save money. Small fisheyes in the hood with overspray noticed. Wouldn’t expect the sales rep to distinguish that but GM/auction buyers should disclose that. Car came with some stains on the roof I think from the shipping, hard to get out. Shipping was the most expensive not competitive for that too happen. For a Lexus paint job they chose the cheapest method. More
