Came for routine oil change and to diagnose rear end drivetrain noise. Turned out our used Morries Santa Fe had a failed 4WD coupling. Disappointing to have this expense hit me yesterday but understa drivetrain noise. Turned out our used Morries Santa Fe had a failed 4WD coupling. Disappointing to have this expense hit me yesterday but understandable at 135k that this component failed. Not my primary vehicle but a driver for my oldest daughter. Safety was one of the factors in my purchase decision and a vehicle with AWD capability was a must for winter in MN. So obviously this repair was needed. Andrea was super helpful in explaining the issue and kept me informed of repair progress with an accurate estimate of repair timing. There were no surprises with the bill and the video the tech made of his vehicle inspection was a nice touch. See you next time our Santa Fe needs service. More

Overall it was a good experience, I wish I would have known that the vehicle did not have the latest version of Ford SYNC installed I might have spent a bit more to upgrade the system.
