I came in for an oil change in my 45,000 mile check up. Things went well my car got a positive review upon working on it. I even noticed it was washed after even though the car wash was supposedly closed. Things went well my car got a positive review upon working on it. It took less than an hour and the price I was quoted was the price I paid thanks again for the help I’m glad I’m all caught up on car maintenance for now! Every person I encountered in this dealership whether directly or in passing gave a great impression. My connect with Darian Marshall was the best experience I’ve had while shopping for anything, let alone a big purchase such as a vehicle. He listened to my needs, answered my questions, gave great suggestions and was so accommodating to anything I asked or needed. I had just totaled my car and we explored many options which I admit may have been tedious but he was very happy to show me options until I arrived at a decision. The leasing agent was very straightforward which helped wrap up the paperwork and options in the easiest way possible. I was going to shop at a few different dealerships, but once I met Darian I just knew I was going to keep my business here. I have every intention in being loyal to Morrie’s and specifically this Hyundai branch. I can’t express enough how great my experience has been. More
Representative stated “we got you one free oil change” (i was under the impression this was one of 9 Included in the “buy happy” program. Once the oil change was done and i questioned the bill the representa was under the impression this was one of 9 Included in the “buy happy” program.
