Great Service, Too Expensive for Me This was my second time at Morrie's Hyundai. My first experience was so smooth and the customer service was so excellent that when a new unrelated issue developed, I didn't even look around for somewhere else to go. Upon seeing the bill, I wish I had-- my first issue was covered by warranty, but this one was out of pocket, and a LOT out of pocket at that. For the actual work done, I feel I was overcharged at least $200. It is clear to me now that returning to Morrie's for work not covered by the warranty was a big mistake-- I'll be seeking out third-party mechanics from now on. More

I was greeted and promptly served by friendly and helpful staff. I was given a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired so that I could go to work, which I sincerely appreciated. I received a video of the mechanic sharing what he found wrong with my vehicle which was something I’ve never seen before. This is a nice added touch as it creates trust between the customer and the shop. I felt this level of service is going above and beyond, and far exceeds my previous experiences elsewhere.
