Great service! I brought it in to Morrie's 394 Hyundai because I had taken it somewhere else for service and they said I needed a tranny flush service (even though I I brought it in to Morrie's 394 Hyundai because I had taken it somewhere else for service and they said I needed a tranny flush service (even though I had one 10,000 miles ago) and my husband and I had been hearing a knocking from under the front end somewhere. The tech said he didn't hear anything. Sam, the Hyundai service tech, found a broken inner tie rod and now the knocking is gone. We also looked at the tranny fluid and it was clear so it did not need to be changed. I'll stick with Sam at Hyundai from now on. He was awesome and so were the service writers! More

Oil change I did have a good experience with the service department. I just came in for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon and it was less than an hour which I did have a good experience with the service department. I just came in for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon and it was less than an hour which was great! I did have an issue with a sales man at this dealership though I want to mention quick. Well I was waiting for my car I just wandered around the sales floor a bit and I asked if they still sold the Hyundai accent I currently own. The sales man was just rude and abrupt and put down the Hyundai accent saying that sure they still make them but they don’t sell them there because they just don’t sell well it was just kind a smirky and rude about it I was pretty disgusted. But the service department was great with me. More

Chadd checked my records and seen that it was covered and communicated with me through the whole process. Since I was waiting and this would be a longer wait to have this done, he set up a shuttle so that I did not have to wait there. I have always had a good experience with anyone I have delt with regardless of the service I have needed and Chadd did not disappoint. More

Excellent service!!!! I first went in and told Phil of my oil troubles. He respectfully listened and has so helpful in troubleshooting with my Santa Fe. After a diagnosis was reached, Nick also stepped in. Nick has been patient, understanding and so helpful to resolve the issue. I have been on roller coaster with engine troubles, needing a rental, a tow and another rental! Nick was in constant contact with me letting me know what the next step would be and then swiftly took care of everything! Phil and Andrea have also been instrumental in resolving this issue, going above and beyond with diligence and outstanding customer service. They have all LISTENED to my concerns (many times) and worked together to reach a resolution. Andrea contacted me personally to reassure me that the situation would be resolved in a timely manner. Their level of professionalism and compassion is absolutely outstanding. I am thankful. I rely on my car so much, and when you are in limbo it is so difficult.
