She was able to get me in on Monday morning, and set me up with a loaner. The service advisors are great at communicating with me about any issues they find while working on my car. If I have any questions, I send them a text message and they are quick to respond. I like that the mechanic working on my car sends me a video to showing the work he has done, and what he has left to do, and any possible recommendations. (The video will show him measuring brake pads, and tire tread depths, and inspecting the suspension, etc.) This is a great service for me, one which I have not experienced anywhere else. The service advisors are great, and are very respectful. They make me feel important, and let me know I am a valued customer. I usually work with Nick, and he very knowledgeable. More
