Waited 2 hours in waiting are before I checked on car I had an appointment to get my car checked for a rattle. I clearly told the service person that I would be waiting for it. He said he would come and I had an appointment to get my car checked for a rattle. I clearly told the service person that I would be waiting for it. He said he would come and get me. I waited and waited watching other people come and go for their service. He came into the waiting area a number of times to talk to people about their vehicle. No eye contact. Almost 2 hours of waiting, I went up to the desk and he had the paperwork there. I asked why it took so long just to get it checked out. He told me because I dropped off the car and they have to service other people. And because I dropped off the car, it usually takes longer. I reminded him that I told him I would be in the waiting area. So annoying! Another 45 minutes later it was done. Although he gave me a break on service, this was the most annoying service experience at this location. What a contrast to the last experience where there was so much personal attention. Honestly I'll think twice before returning. More
