The work has always been done on schedule, often times sooner than I was told. So far, we have only had warranty work and oil changes. From the sales side, I bought my car almost a year ago. We worked with Joe Rys, and it was probably one of the best car buying experiences in my 51 years of driving. He was polite, very professional, and he LISTENED to our needs, and didn't waste our time showing us things we didn't want. We are currently working with him to find us a second vehicle. More

New vehicle purchase Darian was extremely helpful providing information on our 2017 Nissan Murano. He was quick to respond and made sure we had all our questions answered. Disappointing is pretty much the norm. When I called for the appt. I was told 1 hr or less for the oil change. It took 1.5 hrs. I told Andrew that I was going on a road trip and wanted everything checked I went in for an oil change, and a couple of fluid flushes and refills. There were a couple other things that he recommended could wait, but the bad light bulb could get me pulled over and ticketed. So it was changed. Very good of him to let me know. I connected with the salesman Jon Hill, who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me out over calls, texts, emails and even a video. 10/10 just for that guy. Sadly, he wasn't there the day I arrived and I contemplated leaving and coming back when he was back to ensure he was the one getting the commission. Good sales experience. Offered more drinks than I could count. Cons: The paperwork was screwed up so many times and had to be finished through the mail afterwards, though, wasn't to big of an inconvenience. Nevertheless, wish it would've went smoother. The main issue, the car had more issues and damage than was disclosed. They said it in near perfect condition. They rated it at a "92%" It was all shined up so the flaws didn't slow much past the glistening chrome, the clean car wash, wax and tire shine.(10/10 for presentation) But there were many flaws. They took all the floor mats! Who does that? Like, really? They were in the pictures for the listing/ad. Missing trim, scratches on the clear coat and paint, scuffs, Broken door jams and broken hand brake handle. There were a few other flaws but i was aware of them before purchasing the vehicle, so those don't count. Disappointed in the quality. Partly attributed to me for not noticing all of these right away but none of which was disclosed either. I feel that I overpaid on the vehicle due to what was missing and damaged. More
