Knowledgeable Salesman a Great Help! We were really on the fence about a Hyundai Tuscon or a Jeep Compass, especially because there was a great deal on the 2018 compass. What really help We were really on the fence about a Hyundai Tuscon or a Jeep Compass, especially because there was a great deal on the 2018 compass. What really helped make a decision was that our salesman, Thomas, showed us all the features of the Tuscon. The Jeep salesman made no attempt to tell us why to buy the Jeep except that he was selling it. Thomas was not pushy but answered our questions. The only negative we would have is that the "Buy Happy" purchase was just assumed by the dealership. It was put on a document but not pointed out to us until we mentioned it. The website says car washes are free for lifetime with no tricks, but they actually cost $90. The dealer should fix the way that incentive is advertised and should not assume everyone wants it. Be very up front. Other than that, we were VERY torn about which car to buy and Thomas helped make the sale for sure. More
Nick fixed a possibly bad experience. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, with a 12:00 appointment. Nick knew that I needed to be done in time for a 1:45 appointment in another I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, with a 12:00 appointment. Nick knew that I needed to be done in time for a 1:45 appointment in another area. At 1:00, though, my car was still up in the air having the tires rotated. Nick checked on it, but it didn't end up being finished until almost 1:25. Nick apologized and comped me the oil change, since he knew I needed to get going. He even mailed me the paperwork vs. having me wait for that. This is the first time this has happened, but honestly, I probably wouldn't have brought my car back except for Nick's fixing this bad experience. There wasn't time to wash my car, either, but I have free car washes, so I came back the next day for that. More

Appointment 8:30- finished 11 for a 1hour wait. I was not happy about the wait this time, I had a clip& back up light cover replaced 2 1/2 hours was ridiculous I was told 1hour.
