Following my visit he was responsive to all my questions and was patient with me as my timeline was slower than I told him at the original meeting. On the day I was planning to buy a Kona he had two ready for me to look at and drive. However when I walked in I saw a beautiful red Elantra GT on the showroom floor. I changed my mind and took out an Elantra GT for a test dive and then purchased the red one that grabbed my attention. Everyone I me and worked with to find, finance, and purchase the car were outstanding. Best dealership experience I have ever had. More

I always appreciate when I go into a service area with a problem, it is identified and the service department corrects it either w/o charge or at a minimal fee. Twice in the last several months I have had to pull into Morrie's with a problem. First time: low tire pressure: "no problem, let me put air in right now and you'll be on your way: no charge." Fabulous service. This time, I have a rattle - it could have been anything. The mechanic looked at it, said the wrong size bolt was installed, fixed it and sent me on my way - again with no charge. The shop could have suggested any number of expensive options, but didn't. In addition, the shop continues to honor the Buy Happy free oil changes. I respect maintenance garages that accurately identify and correct work, charge reasonable fees, and don't try to sell you extra unnecessary work. I trust and respect Morrie's for that. More

Alignment Fail I brought my car in for an alignment and was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hours. It took 2 1/2 hours and now my car alignment pulls to the right, instea I brought my car in for an alignment and was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hours. It took 2 1/2 hours and now my car alignment pulls to the right, instead of the left when I brought it in. I had my wheels rotated at the Morries Minnetonka location previously, and that's when the problem started 3 months ago. At that time they also said my wheels were in great condition and now that somehow changed per their inspection. Please resolve this problem. More
