Service done without resolving issues I bought this car from Morries 394 with ~4,800 miles as "new." All of my service to this car has been with Morries per their request. Over months, I bought this car from Morries 394 with ~4,800 miles as "new." All of my service to this car has been with Morries per their request. Over months, I generated a list of intermittent anomalies: 1) Screen goes black after starting car 2) Screen goes black after turning on audio 3) Screen goes black after selecting navigation 4) Navigation takes >2 minutes to usable 5) CD restarts at track 0, regardless previous 6) Blind spot alert fails driver's side 7) Driver's seat position #1 3-4" short 8) Lane departure dash light often turns white & doesn't work Each time I brought the car to Morries for scheduled service, oil changes and tire rotation, I was told that my growing list of issues would require me to leave the car for a day. At 15,000 miles, I came in to make a scheduled service appointment, and was told to wait until oil change at 17,515 miles. At 17,400+ miles, I came in to schedule an appointment, at which time the service writer typed in my list (above.) I brought the car to Morries for a day, or however long it takes to fix my issues, at 7am, September 25, 2018, and you drove me to work. By 9:30am I received a message suggesting to replace two air filters, and that my OEM tires needed replacing before winter. Shortly before 11am, I received a message saying that my car was done. In addition to the scheduled service, you replaced the filters. None of my issues was witnessed, and nothing was done, except to "reset" my radio. The OEM Michelin tires needed replacement at 17,590 miles! I was told that there is no warranty, and I was not told how to contact Michelin customer support. Discount Tires told me how to contact them, and I got $350 back for new tires. In the ten (10) days since this service, all eight (8) issues have happened to me at least one time. How do I get these issues resolved? More
