1hr 15 min oil change My only complaint is that I scheduled an oil change and was told it would take 45 minutes. After an hour, I asked about my vehicle and was told it wou My only complaint is that I scheduled an oil change and was told it would take 45 minutes. After an hour, I asked about my vehicle and was told it would be ready at 10:45 (30 min later than the 45 min I was as told). Problem was I came from out of town while my son was at hockey. He had to sit and wait 30 minutes until I got there. It would have been longer but I went to discuss this and they got me my car before they were able to wash it so I could get my son. Fortunately the oil change was free since I bought the car there. More

Good dealership, but not good at this time I have been using this dealership for more than 5 years, and haven't had any issue until yesterday. I went for regular oil change/maintenance, but, on I have been using this dealership for more than 5 years, and haven't had any issue until yesterday. I went for regular oil change/maintenance, but, on the way home after check-up, I realized that there's low-pressure alert on rear-right tire and tire became flat. It seems service crew didn't entirely put air pressure and lost cab. I like this dealership, but I'm not happy this time.
