Good service, ridiculous over-communication I recently went to Morrie’s for a recall repair to my car. I’ve done this numerous times and it’s always the same drill. Except this time I received SIX emails within 3 days, confirming/reminding me about my appointment. After the repair was done, I was alerted via text message that my car was ready I immediately returned to pick up my car. Later in the evening I was bombarded with more emails and phone calls alerting me my car was ready for pick up after I had already picked it up hours prior. Morrie’s, please streamline your notification system please! I can hardly go a few hours without getting blasting with emails, texts, and calls from you! More

Although his picks were good, we walked the lot and found one i was very interested in for my wife as it met almost every one of her must haves. Brought the wife in to see the car and we purchased from Drake. Our salesman Drake was courteous, sensitive to our needs and requirements, and just did an overall excellent job of making the purchase a pleasent experience and representing his dealership well. The Consultant and a Manager were to let me know when the car would be ready to be picked up after the undercoating. I hoped for a phone call, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and on Friday I received a call the car would be ready on Saturday. Great Car, I think the phone could have been handled better. More
