As an internet buyer, they provided me with information on the car, looked up a few details I needed, met me at the airport for final inspection and purchase, etc. The car was very clean. All service and recalls were done. Safety issues (brake servicing, new tires, etc.) were proactively managed before the car went on sale. The dealership "offered" the standard things I did not need in my circumstances, like loans and extended warranty. But they were professional in working with me for the limited services that I needed from them. I'd be happy to purchase again from Morrie's, and I'd recommend Josh as a sales rep. More

I am, at this point VERY POSITIVELY IMPRESSED with the manager. He said he appreciated my feedback and would be considering changes based on what I pointed out. He is new in the position and wants it to be better than what I described. He was very sincere. My feelings toward the incident originally described haven't changed, but my opinion of the establishment sure have! I am hopeful that we will work out a fair deal for both me and for them. Right now, I would be comfortable referring friends with cars to sell to use the Kelly Blue Book method and take it to Morries. Original incident that had me all worked up: IIwas referred to Morries 394 Hyundai by the Kelly Blue Book instant offer program. The instant offer I received online was for $8400. KBB says it is a guaranteed price - walk in to this dealer and walk out with a check for the guaranteed price. The email I received from Morrie's acquisition manager, said I should bring in the car because the "vehicle is probably worth more" and they "would like the opportunity to give you our best offer." So I did. And I walked in expecting even more than the GUARANTEED $8400. Kieth's inspection yielded 'damage' which I'd challenge most people to pick out. In two spots, I at 64 years old, could buff out the 'damage' myself. He also subtracted for lack of a navigation system - which the car actually does have. I can understand a difference of opinion on the damage, and I should have pushed the navigation system issue - but it is a car my daughter has driven, not me, so I wasn't certain and took his word for it. So - he changed info on the KBB site, and said that because he used the VIN number, his info was more accurate. (I had also used the VIN number when I put info into the KBB site.) He ended up with a KBB number of $8000. But here's the real kicker - HE THEN SUBTRACTED $300 FROM THE 'GUARANTEED PRICE' and said that was routine. I questioned that practice, but he danced around verbally and said that was how it was done. So - the offer was $7700. What a waste of time! I'm not fond of having my time wasted, and that $300 deduction just didn't see right to me when the KBB site says their price is guaranteed if all of your information is correct - which, aside from the 'damage' - it was. So I called Kelly Blue Book when I got home and guess what! They are absolutely NOT supposed to be subtracting an extra $300. They are literally skimming off the top of anyone who comes in with a KBB offer - $300 at a time. The gal I talked to at KBB was not happy to hear about it and filed a formal complaint with KBB. More

We had a particular car in mind when we went in, and although that is the one we ended up getting; Drake made sure to review our needs and other vehicles that may fit them prior to just selling us what we came in for.
