Frustrating. it took this place 2 months to mail me my new tags. after 5 unanswered emails and 3 phone calls later, found out it was literally sitting at the deale it took this place 2 months to mail me my new tags. after 5 unanswered emails and 3 phone calls later, found out it was literally sitting at the dealership. the reason I was given is that the address was wrong. no one attempted to call me or email me to confirm my address, and it was correct as a matter of fact. if I hadnt reached out to them, multiple times, it would of never been sent out. do they not care about customer satisfaction? because this customer is not satisfied at all. if I could, I would rather return the car back than having to deal with this dealership again. I would not recommend this place at all. More
