We were looking specifically for year and model of Sonata and did not have good success working with another dealer. Pat assured us he could find the model we wanted, for the price we wanted. At the time, we were stuck without a car and knew it was going to take some time to find what we wanted. Pat solved that problem too, providing us with a loaner to use while he searched. Pat always followed up on his progress. Eventually he did find what we were looking for and put us in to our new Sonata. We were thrilled.
