I’ve dealt with a number of dealerships in the past (walking away feeling like I’ve just been taken advantaged of), but, I have to say that Melissa would be the only one that I would trust with any future dealings. She friendly and knowledgeable. She was just wonderful! I was blown away by the fact that even after the sell, she remembered me and the make and model of my vehicle. She was thorough with the dynamics of my new Sonata and explained how all the gadgets functioned and even set up my phone and sirus radio for me. Everytime I visit the dealership for car maintenance Melissa always greets me if she is in and checks to see how I am doing and how my car is running. I would certainly refer anyone I know that is in the market to buy a new car to go see Melissa. This was my first time buying a car and Dave was very helpful throughout the whole process. Throughout my search I visited many dealerships and of all of the salesmen I worked with Dave was by far the m helpful throughout the whole process. He never made me feel pressured to buy a car, but when I finally made my decision he worked quickly to get me what I needed. When I had questions on the features of the car, warrenty and later the paperwork Dave sat down and explained everything to me until I understood. I could have purchased a similar car for a similar price at other dealerships in the area, however I chose Morrie's because I felt confident that Dave would take good care of me, and that he'd do the best job assisting me. So far I've made a great decision in working with Dave! More
Brittany McMillen was very professional, friendly and attentive. She listened to what I wanted and she delivered. She even arranged for me to test drive another vehicle at a different Morrie's dealership. Had I gone with that, she wouldn't have been credited with the sale. I had gone to another dealer and thought that for sure I would do business with them. The sales person was very good there, I cannot lie, however, I decided just to make sure of my purchase at the other de would do business with them. Steve called me three times but never reached me but left messages. I went into the dealership and Steve was there, ready to help me within seconds. I told him what I wanted and he went out into the heat to show me the cars. I knew what I was after and we went inside and talked finance a little bit. There was NO pressure. Just the facts! I love that. He gave me an honest and fair price for my car. He also was very efficient in doing all the paper work to get ready to pass it on to the financial person. He also took time to walk me though all the car's gadgets. Boy, did that make my head hurt. (Of course that was TMI so I will be going back). He was thorough. The one thing that sticks out in my mind the most about buying this car was that I am very nervous about spending money, but it was a very easy none threatening experience. I would recommend all people buying a new car to see Steve. And Mike, the person who helped with the financing was wonderful. I felt like I had nothing to worry about. He was ready for me when I stepped into his office. All papers where in order. If I didn't want to add something, he just put that paper aside. Very efficient, freindly and professional. After signing all the paperwork, Bob spent time with me showing me how specific things worked, lights etc. and sent me on my way with an almost filled gas tank! I went to Morrie’s 394 Hyundai to test drive a hatchback that was listed on their website. David Minikus showed me the car and was very patient as I looked it over from every angle. He was courteous throughout the test drives even when I wanted to roll the windows down and turn the air conditioning off on a sunny, 90+ degree day! I had several questions about the vehicle functions, warranties, service, and Morrie’s “Buy Happy” program. David is quite knowledgeable and he was able to answer every question asked. He spent an enormous amount of time with me over the course of three days. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase or to make any decision quickly. I knew that David’s only concern was to help me to find the best vehicle for me. As it turns out, I went in looking for a hatchback and after driving a few cars I ended up purchasing a sedan. I truly appreciate the patience and guidance that David provided. I highly recommend both Morrie’s and David Minikus! More
