Spending more than $50,000 led me to believe I would be treated with honesty and integrity, only to find the opposite to be true at Morrie's. He was able to answer all my questions and "educate" me on a range of options rather than "sell" me. I ended up leaving with my new car the same day with nothing out-of-pocket, no surprises, and an overall great experience. Matt went the extra mile with little touches, like checking what radio station I was listening to when he looked at my trade-in, then pre-setting that in the test-drive cars. Very thoughtful. And he took a lot of care to walk me through all the bells and whistles on my car (which are a lot!). I also had a great experience with financing with Suresh Dubay. I told him what I wanted for my trade-in, and he got it for me, and walked me through the process pretty seamlessly and painlessly, and dotted all the i's very quickly and efficiently. Thanks, Morrie's, Matt and Suresh, for the great experience and for my new 2015 Sonata - I LOVE it. More

Buy happy slogan fell short I recently purchased an Elantra. On the positive side I like the car. The salesman, Eitan, was helpful, nice, very polite. On the con side. I was asked to bring my car back for a "detail" service. Never in my life I've ever seen a poorer and sloppier job, ever. There were streaks and chemical spots all over the dashboard, no vacuuming was done inside the car, there was dry leaves under the rugs. I pointed out the dry leaves under the rugs after the "detailing" was completed and I was just told that they forgot to vacuum the car. If anyone working for me did this type of job I'll feel embarrassed and immediately fix the issued, but not even an offer to correct the poor work ethic was made. In my case the "buy happy" slogan, felt very short. (I have pictures to prove it) I drove across the highway to Mermaid carwash and they did an excellent job detailing the inside of the car. I should have gone there the first time. More

From initial contact through delivery, Steve handled all of my questions and followed up on my requests. He even introduced me to the Paint specialist in case I want to get some custom work done on my new car. The Used Car manager gave me an honest appraisal and fair price on the car I traded in.
