Writing about the service at Morrie's and the personal attention by Josh is becoming redundant based on the other reviews. I had looked at a variety of cars, but when I met Josh at the Hyundai dealership, I became quite interested in the Elantra. I so appreciated his honesty; I immediately trusted Josh and his information. It took another couple weeks to make the decision, but I have been thrilled with the experience and the car. What impressed me the most about Morrie's was being given the loaner car for two months. I made sure that my friends were aware of the generosity of the dealership and strongly encouraged them to visit Josh at Hyundai. Thank you, Josh. More
I finally came home with my new Hyundai Accent. I say "finally" because it was a bit of a wait before the model I was after came rolling into our territory. Josh called me within 20 minutes after it was on the lot, after he and Chris did everything they could to get me the one I wanted (down to the color). I really appreciated the work they went to. Aside from the vehicle itself, the Morries experience was excellent, above and beyond other dealers--the "no hassle", guaranteed low price, lifetime warranty etc etc--why would you go anywhere else? I will also say, in credit to the Morries name, that my experience with service at the Morries Ford dealer was equally good--although after comparing the vehicles, Hyundai was the best choice for me! Morries approach is very effective: great customer service, great marketing/materials, and getting rid of the aspects of car buying that we all hate the most: the haggle and the hassle. Melissa Garvey went above and beyond her call of duty with getting me my new vehicle. I was not sure what kind of SUV I wanted so she took the time and got me alot of different SUV's to test drive. My first contact with Vadim was friendly but also incredibly informative as he took the time to walk me through any and all questions that I had regarding the Hyundai Accent; it's performance, packaging, even down to the specifics of its engine and transmission. I could tell he genuinely enjoyed working with me as a customer and was enthused to find the right car to match my needs, pricing, etc. I also greatly appreciated the honest service I received alongside this friendly atmosphere. Vadim and the financial team were helpful in figuring pricing, payment, all the while being up front and open to illustrating all possible options. We bought our Santa Fe a little over a year ago. Each time we bring the car in, we are greeted by a friendly service adviser.
