At any dealership I've ever been at, including one at which I worked twenty years ago, I have never been treated like this im the service department. Mike had his work cut out for him! This was my 1st buying a new car experience. I wasn't exactly sure about what I wanted- he took the time to test drive different vehicles -explain options/features/leasing a new car experience. I purchased a 2011 Sonata Turbo and absolutely love it! Mike went out of his way the night I picked it up(in a snow storm) to make sure I knew how to operate everything and had me follow him to the gas station so he could fill my car up with gas. My wife and I were immediately made to feel at home, and were very comfortable working with the salesperson, Melissa. There was ABSOLUTELY no pressure to buy, and everything was clearly laid out for us. The prices of their cars are clearly marked and are a couple thousand less than what the manufacturers website had as their MSRP's. It was all good. I bought a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and they didn't have the exact model that I wanted, so they hustled and got the exact car that I wanted for me from a dealer way up in Duluth. Nice. I love the new car. And the free Caribou Coffee and granola bars too. More

I recently bought a 2011 Hyundai Accent from the dealership and was quite pleased with the whole experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and was pretty set in what I would go for as far as price, t dealership and was quite pleased with the whole experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and was pretty set in what I would go for as far as price, trade-in value, options, and comfort in the dealership. They offered me what I was hoping for for my trade-in and the vehicle has been exactly what I expected. Josh did not pressure me at all and was pretty laid back as far as trying to push me into additions and higher costing features which I was completely uninterested in. I honestly would not have bought a car from a pushy salesman. The dealership also mailed me my liscense plates which was convienient for me since I work odd hours. I have not tryed the service garage yet for any repairs or car washes, oil changes, etc, but I do like that they have a service center on site. I would hope that if I do leave my vehicle there for service they offer me a loaner car to use while my car is being fixed. Good dealership, good salesman, good first new car buying experience. More

Morrie’s gave us a fair value on the trade...higher than another local Hyundai dealership which we previously visited. And they were great about taking care of all the paperwork and the financing of the new one. I would recommend Steve and Morrie's to anyone who is looking to buy car. We'll definitely be back in the future for all of our car needs. More
