I came in today for a free "buy happy" oil change and car wash. I was able to drive right in and have very prompt service from Janice. I was done in less than 30 minutes and had some good coffee in the wai wash. I was able to drive right in and have very prompt service from Janice. I went for a routine oil change. While checking in I asked Nick if garage door openers had batteries, and how you get them open. He quickly opened it and changed the battery. Upon reviewing the paperw asked Nick if garage door openers had batteries, and how you get them open. He quickly opened it and changed the battery. Upon reviewing the paperwork prior to the oil change, I noticed that the record had a different spelling for the original owners name and the current owners name. Nick explained that that could make a difference for power train coverage. He gave me a customer service number to call to try to get this straightened out. He took me up front to use a phone. As it turns out, I need to fax original sales papers and licence. After the conversation ended, I happened to mention the situation to Miranda, who was next to me at the counter. She said she could help with that by getting the information from the place of purchase, and also took a copy of my license and the needed fax information. When I got home there was a message from Miranda that the process had been initiated, and that she would call next week when all was complete. Neither of these people would have had to be so helpful and kind. It is a beautiful example of customer service at its best, and makes for a loyal customer. They both went above and beyond the call of duty and should be duly honored. More
Had a great experience overall. Negotiating prices for cars was something that I used to kind of enjoy. I was skeptical about Morrie's best offer first way of doing business. In fact, even after the posturing and back-and-forth that comes with bartering, I am not entirely convinced that I could have negotiated a better price. In fact, Morrie's best offer first approach made the whole process very comnfortable. There were no secrets betweeen us and it made for a very comfortable and open process. They also made me a very fair offer on my trade-in. Other so-called best offer first dealers tried to shortchange me on my trade-in. Salesperson Melissa Garvey was very friendly and professional. She did a wonderful job of keeping in touch with me throughout the process (which was unbelievably short and painless). She called when she said she would and returned my calls right away. Oliver also did a great job of thoroughly explaining every facet of the deal. Overall, I would (and will) recommend Morrie's 394 Hyundai, Melissa, and Oliver to anyone. More

The moment I walked into Morrie's Hyundai, I found everyone very friendly and seemed very happy to help. What I liked most about the experience, was the team spirit. Steve Cherches really took his time with me and didn't show any signs there was a rush to make a decision, and made me feel this would be the right car and place to buy from. I was very impressed with how quickly Steve/Appraiser, was able to establish a trade-in value for my truck and trailer. No time was wasted for either one of us. Dean Dreckman made me feel like part of the family and seemed to really enjoy dealing with his employees and most importantly, the customer....... I bought a new 2011 Hyundai because of the staff at Morrie's Hyundai, knowing this would be the place I would be visiting at different times for maintence. I also want to mention, I had been to another Hyundai dealer two days earlier, and felt everyone there was under a lot of stress. Every step of the way was delay reaction. For the same trade-in with them was going to take 3-4 days. Many people working there, seemed afraid to make a move and always looking over their shoulder, rather than caring about a potential customer. I had purchased two other vehicles thru a Morries dealership...both were Mazdas. When I started looking for a new car (mine was totaled when I was hit from behind) I looked at Mazda, Kia and Hyundai dealership...both were Mazdas. When I started looking for a new car (mine was totaled when I was hit from behind) I looked at Mazda, Kia and Hyundai. I stayed with Morries. I bought my Hyundai Elantra from Pat Arboe and I loved the care that I was given. The sales and management all made me feel welcome. I will only go to a Morries dealership! There is no pressure and they take their time in explaining everything. Thanks Pat! More
This the second Hyundai I've purchased from Morrie's and one of the main reasons is their service staff. I don't drive my car much, so I'm only in about every 6 months for an oil change or service check, y one of the main reasons is their service staff. I don't drive my car much, so I'm only in about every 6 months for an oil change or service check, yet I'm always greeted very warmly and with a smile. Most of my interactions have been with Nick Greco. He is very funny and usually while I'm checking in we share a chuckle about something. However I will say that all of the employees seems to have a very friendly demeanor and enjoy the occasional ribbing of each other. The service area is impeccably clean, not like auto repair shops of old!! When my car was returned to me after its oil change, it was washed and vacuumed!! The service was completed in under the estimated time - again beating my expectations!! As I checked out with Nick I was presented with a cinnamon roll as a thank you!! What a fabulous surprise. I've recently had some work completed on my house and the level of customer service has been deplorable, so to be treated with respect and a smile (and a cinnamon roll,too)- makes me very happy and a raving fan!!! Thank you to all of the Service folks especially Nick at Morries' Hyundai - see you in another six months!!! More
