I turned down a deal with the Jim Lupient dealer, because they didn't listen to what I really wanted and set me up with a car I couldn't afford. I appreciate Melissa's attention to detail, and am so happy to be driving a car that I really love. Melissa's customer service skills are right on, which made purchasing my "Regatta Blue 2009 Hyundai Elantra GLS" relaxed and stress free. David Minikus showed me and my husband all the cars we were interested in, explained all the Hyundai features, and took us on a test drive. Then we conversed some more about items we still wanted to know were interested in, explained all the Hyundai features, and took us on a test drive. Then we conversed some more about items we still wanted to know more about. We started looking a Morrie's because it was close to home and then progressed to other dealers in the area. The others took us for a test drive and handed us a brochure and business card. The next day we went back to David and completed the purchase. Again, he addressed our questions and comments, presented the dealer add-ons which we deliberated about, and introduced us others in the dealership that we would be working with. It felt like we were being welcomed to a family, not just entering a business relationship. We will recommend him and Morrie's to others. More
First of all, I appreciated seeing the cars for sale on line at cars.com. We could shop on line for what we were looking for before driving all over town. Our salesperson Melissa Garvey, was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe, and was very pleasant to work with. Our first service visit went very smooth. As a new customer I actually feel appreciated.
