Don’t believe when I brought my car in that it was broken the way they said it was, maybe it was who knows as I can’t prove it because I didn’t record it before hand, but I for sure will be now. I feel like the way they said it was, maybe it was who knows as I can’t prove it because I didn’t record it before hand, but I for sure will be now. I feel like they try to get the most money possible without maybe exploring other routes first. Also the service department has always been rude to me maybe because I’m young. Not sure but I don’t get the same respect I see other customers get. I’ve been called dude and bud many times in person and over the phone. More
Service people are nice. Fast. On a high end car (Genesis) they can be frustrating - (a) missing things requiring a trip back and (b) occasionally futz up the car & deny it or put blame on you. fo (Genesis) they can be frustrating - (a) missing things requiring a trip back and (b) occasionally futz up the car & deny it or put blame on you. for example, they replaced alternator but when I picked it up the battery was dead. They got it started, assured me battery was fine, and said it was because I had left it there for a week. Got home, had to jump it three days straight and took it back. Oh, Bad battery. Really annoying. Another time they screwed up the rotors and after I PROVED it they ate the $500 cost .. then found another $700 in repairs to do. LOL. I knew what they were doing and went ahead with some of the repairs taking advantage of their sudden eye for detail. Love the Genesis, would love a Lexus like service with it. Behavior makes me think the service managers are paid commission and on service turnover... and also have to cover for techs. More

Morries auto has taken wonderful care of me and my Elantra. I was rear ended a few months ago and I didn't think about the damaged rear bumper. At my last checkup and oil change they pushed my bumper Elantra. I was rear ended a few months ago and I didn't think about the damaged rear bumper. At my last checkup and oil change they pushed my bumper back into the car and you almost cant see the damage anymore. I didn't notice it that day but the next day I noticed!! It was beautiful!!!
