Had an issue I didn’t know about and took awhile to get it fixed. Took them awhile to explain what was going on and how they desired to fix it. Chadd was very helpful and kept me informed on the progress of my car. However, I brought it in to fix squeaking coming from the tire....they did close to 900 dollars worth of work covered under warr progress of my car. However, I brought it in to fix squeaking coming from the tire....they did close to 900 dollars worth of work covered under warranty, 600 dollars for work done on my rear breaks only to drive away with the squeaking still there. Had a technician drive with me and he ended up grinding rust off the break pad and the squeaking stopped. My car needed these repairs but it makes me weary that close to 1500 dollars was spent and it was just rust that could be scraped off in 3 minutes. I will probably not return. More

Morries was excellent with their service and the customer service reps were very friendly. They provided a complimentary wash and vacuuming. Phillip Carlson was a complete professional. I came in for a oil change & he alerted me I needed a new battery. I trusted his consult and did have one installed.
