While I told the agent I knew he was only doing his job I was not buying the story. Have looked online and have found nothing to support the environmental story. More
Oil Change I bought my car at Morrie’s Subaru, and have had my buy happy oil changes there before. However when I called this time I was told I had to go to Morrie’s Hyundai location now because all service deptartments only handle their specific brands. I think that is an odd an inconvenient rule—but that’s fine. The centralized calling center to ask about appointments was not helpful and a poor customer experience. So, I just stopped into the 394 Hyundai location to see if they could fit me in for a drop-off, unscheduled oil change. Phil was very nice and accommodating, and they fit my car in faster than expected. However, whoever filled in the “inspection” of my car during the oil change service must not have actually inspected it. I had a headlight out, and my wiper blades were shot. I knew that already and replaced them that same day myself, but the point is that when the technician put green on those items, I no longer believe or trust the green on the other items. Again, Phil was great and I appreciate the team fitting my car in, but the experience on the phone with the centralized scheduling person and the inspection from my service were very disappointing. More

The only thing I would get better at is in making sure the whole team has proper information - I was told that the shuttle service would work all the way until 7pm and it only worked until 4.30pm, so on the way back I couldn’t get a shuttle. That said, the team at Morrie’s called me a Lyft and paid for it, so they solved my problem! More

Prepaid gets you poor quality work I appreciate the free oil change dude to miscommunication of prepaid oil changes.. 25K maintenance Normally great service. Have been taking my cars here for service for the last 9 years. This time I again scheduled service via the online metho Normally great service. Have been taking my cars here for service for the last 9 years. This time I again scheduled service via the online method, and selected the 22.5K maintenance package. I only received the oil change and multi point inspection. No air cleaner replacement or cabin filter replacement. Also selected to”wait” for vehicle. After about an hour, was told that my car was ready. I responded “That was quick”, and left with my car. Didn’t notice until looking over the paperwork that I only got an oil change. One other thing to note is that on the past 3 visits(two being “valet” pickups, I still received voicemails after 4 pm that my car was ready to pick up even though I had valet’ed twice, and driven the car Home myself the other time hours before. Seems like some miscommunication at the dealership as to when the vehicles have already been picked up. More
