The service center is polite and the intake process went well. However, they were 45 minutes late from their estimate. When I called before scheduling my service weeks before I was told it would only take 1hr 45 mins to get it done. When I showed up on the day of my appointment I was then told it would take 4 hrs, I wasn’t p was told it would only take 1hr 45 mins to get it done. When I showed up on the day of my appointment I was then told it would take 4 hrs, I wasn’t planing for this so needed a ride back to my home since I wasn’t gonna wait there for 4 hrs. Dropped my car off at 8:30am, it was 2pm and I still hadn’t heard anything yet even though it had been 5 1/2 hours about my car yet so I called back. Was told that it should be done soon and a ride will come pick me up since I didn’t have my car. It was 3:52pm and I still hadn’t heard anything back so I called back and they said it just got done and a ride is on the way. Finally got my car back at 4:30pm 8 hours after I dropped it off when I was told it would only take 4 hours cause me to be 3 hours late to work since I had plan for it to take no where that long More

I’m grateful I took it to a Hyundai dealership as Morrie’s found the issue was still under warranty. I was slightly annoyed that I was receiving voicemails from several different phone numbers. My iPhone blocked the calls and I got the messages but too late. I was never able to talk to someone with information when I called. I always had to wait for their call back which my phone blocked. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service at Morrie’s Hyundi ! More
