Hello Ellice, we do not condone anyone swearing at our employees as you did in our service drive that I had to get involved as General Manager to calm you down. You have purchased your vehicles through us many times and we have treated you with the utmost respect. You have also serviced your vehicle with us multiple times for that we do thank you. This time you showed up without an appointment demanding service, which in the end we did and also provided you with a service loaner. We also were able to make sure your warranty covered the issues you had with your vehicle upon inspection. Our service department went above and beyond to make sure we took care of you as we always have in the past.

This is a typical approach to lie on your customers to make yourselves look good and like I said I have never been treated like this before. And I never used Profanity with any of your staff but I am sure I am not the only customer that has been treated badly since your remodel. And we really appreciate you all sabotaging our vehicle causing us to be in a dangerous situation on the highway after you so called did repairs on our vehicle as well as took our car apart and did not put it back together when we came to pick it up. That is great please don’t contact us again.

Oil change service comes with multi point inspection but tire pressure was never checked and my low tire pressure was not dealt with. Yes, I didn’t mention the low tire pressure but that warning sign should More
