Brought my car to service due to a warranty recall and I got charged a service fee when I was not supposed too. I had to follow up for updates, was never proactively reached out to. Was told I needed a new engine, but have been driving for 3 days with the fix my dad recommended instead (thermostat) and have had no reached out to.
