I had a couple of issues with my service. First, I did not get a callback at the promised time, and could not reach a human by phone. There was an option to keep my spot in line, and get a call-back inste not get a callback at the promised time, and could not reach a human by phone. There was an option to keep my spot in line, and get a call-back instead of waiting on hold, so I chose that. When the callback occurred about 20 minutes later, I answered, and an automated message told me that there was nobody available to take my call, at which point the system hung up on me. The second issue is that someone changed my headlight settings. I have used automatic headlights for at least 17 years, so I am not in the habit of turning my lights on. After I retrieved my car, I went home and parked, then drove somewhere the same evening, and got pulled over for driving without headlights (I park in a lighted underground ramp, so I didn't notice until that moment). Let me state this in no uncertain terms: It was wrong for the service department to change any of my settings, and reckless for them to change something that affected my safety. More
