We have a 2022 suburb that needed repair for a deer collision. We decided to just buy a another new outback rather than wait for the repair to be done on the first one. Tina & Rick went beyond any expectations I ever had in any of my vehicle purchases. We then got to the task of completing the first 2022 outback. all parts were ordered for morries Brooklyn Park and Cam was beyond helpful and so sincere and accurate with all pricing. It just was another awesome experience. The repairs were done locally by a family member and it was now time to put in the windshield and have the airbag system & eyesight system recalibrated. PROBLEM!!! The Glass company would not replace the windshield till the airbag system was done first and since the St. Cloud suburu was on the way to MN state Baseball tournaments I thought OK We will Just let St. Cloud recalibrate & Move on.WRONG. NOT CAPABLE. WE THEN CALLED MORRIES BROOKLYM PARK. CHRIS FAGERLIE was the guy who answered. What a professional. Told me he thought this could not be such a big problem & when we got there Met me at the door and introduced me to Mark Huibregtse. We discussed all that had been done to the vehicle and we left it there. We live approximately 2.5 house from Brooklyn Park & When we got home had a VIDEO of what they had found And a complete estimate of repair. It truly was HIDDEN DAMAGE under the passenger seat.I could have went to many different places before that would have been found. Also Morries Glass repair contacted me and replaced the windshield at the same time. ONE STOP REPAIR SERVICE. I had several phone calls from both Mark & Chris during the nest 3 to 5 days & each time It was an awesome experience. The professional & Friendly way these people handle themselves is greatly appreciated and admired. In this day of no-one wanting to work and terrible attitudes you find out there this is truly commendable. I just cannot imagine why anyone would buy a Suburu from any other dealership.Awesome More

We found a common thought in ALL DEALINGS with this dealership.It was very simply stated by ALL. STATEMENT WAS: "WE WANT TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS" THEY MEANT IT. We are on our third outback & this is the first purchase from Morries. These people truly made this a GREAT EXPERIENCE. RICK DIAMOND was AWESOME. TRULY A PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT OF THE WORD. ALWAYS THE FIRST ONE TO ASK HOW HE COULD HELP US & MORE IMPORTANTLY DID JUST THAT. We needed a new vehicle because of a deer collision and timing was important to the replacement. We seem to buy a lot of new vehicles and NEVER have I been so pleased with a dealership. Whatever we needed was handled entirely & extremely timely. (NO RUN AROUND)...
