I brought my truck in there for a specific problem. I showed him what the problem was very simple fixed when they called me. They said it would be X amount of dollars I told him do not fix it. I will buy the part and do it myself and when I got there to pick my truck up, they did a diagnostics check which didn’t need to be done and charge me a lot of money will not ever take anything back there. The communication could improve. I had no idea my car was actually completed and I could not get through with a phone call. The actual work done was fine and I enjoyed the inspection video, but it did not specify that my work was completed. Not the first communication issue I've had.
